Do I need a special license to ride a VoltBike?
No, our electric bikes are classified as Class 1 or Class 2 e-bikes, which do not require a driver's license, registration, or insurance in most regions.
What is the shipping time for new bike orders?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. Once your VoltBike leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Does my VoltBike come fully assembled?
Your bike will arrive 85% assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging with less than 10 miles of usage for a refund, minus shipping fees.
Are the electrical components waterproof?
All VoltBike components are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle rain and splashes. However, we recommend avoiding high-pressure power washers and deep puddles.
