At VoltBike, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance electric cycles and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your bike isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the VoltBike in its original factory packaging, including all batteries, chargers, keys, and technical manuals to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping labels to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
